Investor call to be held on the same day at 8:30 a.m. ET

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 7, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- B. Riley Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: RILY) announced it has rescheduled its third quarter 2023 earnings date to November 8, 2023 from November 9, 2023.

The Company will release its financial results in a press release before the start of trading on Wednesday November 8, 2023 and host a related conference call on the same day, beginning at 8:30 AM ET (5:30 AM PT). B. Riley Financial's Chairman and Co-CEO Bryant Riley, Co-CEO Tom Kelleher, and CFO and COO Phillip Ahn will review the Company's third quarter financial results followed by a question-and-answer session.
