B. Riley & Co. Acted as Sole Underwriter in $13.7 Million Underwritten Public Offering for Digital Turbine, Inc.

The offering, which closed October 2, 2015, consisted of 8,740,000 million shares of common stock priced at $1.57 per share. This included an option to purchase an additional 1,140,000 million shares which the underwriter exercised in full.
