Mr. Guzman joins B. RILEY following a 12-year career at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. where he was Managing Director and head of its Corporate & Venture Services Group. At B. RILEY, he will focus on the needs of Institutional, Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital clients, providing such services as managed stock buybacks, Rule 144 Insider Sales, block transactions, prospectus sales, and private market transactions.  Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Guzman worked in Private Wealth Management at UBS, specializing in 401k solutions.
