marketing and disposition of one fee-owned retail site and leased
properties previously operated by Robb & Stucky — a high-end furniture
company that filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. All transactions of
Robb & Stucky locations and Great American Group's retention are subject
to bankruptcy court approval.

GA Keen Realty Advisors is marketing a fee-owned property, located on
South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs, Florida, which also includes a
34,524-square-foot building on a two-acre site offering an excellent
opportunity for users, developers or investors. The property has most
recently been used as a retail showroom and at one time was a
restaurant. The property is well suited for all retail uses. A bid
deadline of June 17th has been set for offers on the owned
